How to check what you can clean
Open CleanX.
Go to the CleanX home screen.
Review the available cleanup categories.
Open a category to see its description and item count.
Review the items before taking any action.
If a category you expect is not available, check your permissions, app version, platform support, and account or subscription access.
Why is a category empty?
A category may be empty for several reasons:
CleanX did not find any matching content.
The scan has not finished yet.
CleanX does not have access to the required content.
The feature is not available on your device or account.
An empty category does not necessarily mean there is a problem with the app. Check the scan status and required permissions first.
