Why did I reach a cleaning limit or see a paywall?

CleanX may apply free-use, daily, or feature-specific limits. Some features may also require a Premium subscription.

Depending on your platform, plan, app version, and current offer, CleanX may limit actions such as:

  • Deleting media

  • Video compression

  • Contacts cleaning

  • Email cleaning

  • Swipe Cleanup

  • Trial usage

  • Other cleanup actions

When you reach a limit or open a Premium-only feature, CleanX may show an upgrade, trial, ads, or access screen.

How can I check my limit?

  1. Read the message shown on the limit or paywall screen.

  2. Check whether the feature is Premium-only or temporarily limited.

  3. Review the current Premium plan and trial terms shown in the app.

  4. Check the available options before deciding whether to upgrade.

The exact limits and offers can change over time and may differ between iOS and Android.

Why is my limit different from what I saw elsewhere?

CleanX limits are controlled by the current app configuration and may vary by platform, account, subscription status, and app version.

For this reason, do not rely on an older FAQ, screenshot, or information from another platform.

My limit seems incorrect

Try the following:

  1. Update CleanX to the latest available version.

  2. Close and reopen the app.

  3. Try the feature again.

  4. If the limit still appears incorrect, contact CleanX Support.

Include your platform, app version, and a screenshot of the message. Make sure the screenshot does not contain payment details or other sensitive information.

Important

Reinstalling CleanX does not necessarily reset a usage limit or trial. Do not reinstall the app for this purpose unless instructed by support.
