You can start a CleanX subscription by selecting an available Free Trial or Upgrade offer in the app and completing the purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
CleanX may show an upgrade option on the home screen, as a Free Trial badge, or when you open a premium or limited feature.
How to subscribe to CleanX
Open CleanX.
Tap Free Trial, Upgrade, or open a premium feature.
Review the available plan, price, trial period, renewal terms, and included features.
Confirm the purchase using your App Store or Google Play account.
Return to CleanX and wait for your Premium access to become available.
Purchases made through the iOS or Android app are processed by the relevant app store.
When will Premium access become available?
Premium access should become available after the purchase is successfully confirmed and CleanX refreshes your subscription status.
What do I need to subscribe?
You need:
A valid App Store or Google Play account
A supported payment method
An internet connection
An available CleanX subscription offer
My payment was successful, but Premium is not available
If you completed the purchase but Premium access is not showing:
Wait a moment and reopen CleanX.
Use Restore Purchases if the option is available.
Check that you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
Do not purchase the subscription again before the existing transaction has been checked.
