You need to cancel your CleanX subscription through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you originally purchased it.
Deleting or uninstalling the CleanX app does not cancel your subscription.
Cancellation usually stops the next renewal. You may continue to have Premium access until the current subscription period ends.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
Open Settings.
Tap your Apple Account name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select CleanX.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancel on Android
Open Google Play.
Tap your profile icon.
Select Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select CleanX.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

I can't find CleanX in my subscriptions
If CleanX is not listed, the subscription may:
Be linked to a different Apple or Google account.
Have been purchased on another platform.
Already be canceled.
Make sure you are signed in to the store account that was used to purchase the subscription.
Does canceling my subscription give me a refund?
Canceling your subscription does not automatically mean that you will receive a refund. Refund requests are handled separately according to the applicable store and refund policy.
